Press “proceed” when the payment reminder will show. The NBI Online Reference number will be generated and be sure to mark it down. The Total amount to be paid is Php 155.

1.The NBI-Staff staff requires you to proceed to the Releasing section, indicating that you have no HIT. Proceed to the Releasing section and await your name to be called. The NBI-Staff staff provides you with your printed NBI clearance.
2.The NBI Staff asks you to return after ten (10) working days, meaning that you have a HIT. Accordingly, the NBI Staff holds your NBI Clearance for release because your name or your namesake has a criminal record or derogatory record. Do not concern yourself if you don’t have a criminal record.
What to do if your NBI Clearance application is rejected
If you have applied for an NBI clearance and your application has been rejected due to a hit. Typically, it takes 5 to 10 days to verify if it’s really under your name.
But if you have a Quality Control note on your application, then the record appears within your name, and you might need to be interviewed.
